Cyclone Freddie
Remember the Aberfan disaster? Today we were taken to two sites in Blantyre Malawi where the path of a landslide of mud and huge boulders flattened houses in their path and thick hot mud buried 59 homes in a village at the foot of a mountain. A small example of the devastation caused in March by Cyclone Freddy. We've seen both sadness etched in weary faces but also smiles and thankfulness for lives spared.
