MACS in action

Education

MACS has supported many education projects over the nine years of its existence. Assistance has mainly been provided to schools connected with the Anglican Church. There are over a hundred Anglican primary schools throughout the country and two secondary schools. Several Community Secondary schools are also now attached to Anglican parishes.

Many of the primary schools were built forty of fifty years ago and, without funds for maintenance, have fallen into disrepair. Much of the support MACS has offered to schools therefore consists of grants to help fund new buildings, renovations or repairs.

Few schools are fortunate enough to have desks
