We invite you to join a MACS sponsored working visit to Malawi from 29th June to 15th July 2008

A group of up to 20 people will spend 16 days in Malawi, meeting people and working on projects that MACS is supporting.  The group will spend time learning from Malawians, sharing with them and visiting places of interest.

We are asking people in Malawi who they would like us to meet and what work they would like us to do. Work could include light building work, painting, permaculture projects, teaching, help with HIV/Aids support and orphan projects.

If you have a particular area of interest we will try, but cannot guarantee, to arrange for you to meet people involved in such work.

We will be based at 2 locations, Malosa, near Zomba, and on the lakeshore near Monkey Bay.

The visit  will be similar to the successful working visit undertaken this year by a group of 20, including 16  young people from St Alban’s church in North Harrow.

Leaders

The group will be led by Bazil Arden (a MACS trustee) and Eileen Eggington, who helped to lead the St Alban’s trip.
